Booking terms & cancellation policy

Many of our rooms offer enough space for a third or fourth person. We offer a 20% discount on the respective category rate for adults in extra beds.

A surcharge of 30% will be charged for the use of a double room as a single room.

All prices are exclusive of local tax. General local tax €4.00 per night and person, persons under the age of 15 are exempt. Registration number according to the Accommodation Tax Act: 50422-000230-2020

Please note that dogs are not permitted in all room categories. A fee of EUR 30 per day will be charged for each animal.

Please do not forget to bring suitable food and, if necessary, a basket with a blanket, as these are not included in the price. We ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the wellness area, on the lawn, or in the restaurant. If you would like to bring your dog with you for a meal, we will be happy to reserve a table for you in our Swiss stone pine corner in the bar area.

Owners are liable for any damage caused by their dogs.

For fixed reservations, we request a transfer of 20% of the booking amount to our bank account or by credit card.

All our vouchers have a voucher number and a specific purchase value. The value of the voucher (amount of money) always remains the same and does not lose its validity. However, the price of the service may change from season to season due to index adjustments. In this case, the difference will be charged directly as an additional payment.

• In the event of errors in price information, we reserve the right to make adjustments and refer to the current price lists.
• Flat rates cannot be combined with other discounts.
• Upon publication of the new price list, all previous lists lose their validity! We reserve the right to make price changes, printing errors, and mistakes, as well as changes to offers.

The rooms at the Lürzerhof are available from 2 p.m. We kindly ask you to vacate your rooms by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. If you arrive after 7 p.m., please let us know.

You are welcome to take advantage of our Premium Inclusive Service on the day of departure. Enjoy wellness and spa facilities and lunch and afternoon snacks free of charge on the day of departure.

You are welcome to enjoy your stay with us free of charge on your day of departure. Use of the wellness area and our lunch and afternoon buffets are our gift to you. Late check-out including use of your room is also possible, subject to availability.

We are committed to nature in every area. That's why we offer you the opportunity to charge your car in our underground car park with eight electric charging stations. Nothing stands in the way of a comfortable start to your vacation. €25 per charge.

All reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 1 month before arrival without giving a reason. For cancellations made between 1 month and 7 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the travel price, and within the last 7 days before arrival, we charge 90% of the travel price.

We recommend taking out European travel insurance, especially for last-minute cancellations due to illness or injury.

As a wellness hotel, we kindly ask for your understanding that all our hotel rooms and the entire hotel are non-smoking areas. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony, the terrace, or in our exclusive smoking lounge.

The provisions of Austrian hotel contract law apply.
