Where can I get the best price?
When you book directly with the hotel, you are guaranteed the best price for your stay at the time of booking.
What are the check-in and check-out times at the Wellnesshotel Obertauern?
Your room will be available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. We would be delighted if you chose to spend your departure day in our Premium SPA. This service is free of charge for you. You can store your luggage at reception and change and shower in our two late check-out rooms, which are equipped with lockers. To ensure that you can begin your journey home feeling relaxed and refreshed, you are once again cordially invited to enjoy an afternoon snack.
Is a late check-out possible?
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10 a.m. Late check-out is possible subject to availability. You are welcome to spend your departure day in our Premium SPA – a complimentary service for you. Your luggage will be stored at the reception. Two late check-out rooms with lockers are available for changing and showering. We cordially invite you to enjoy an afternoon snack.
Are bathrobes and towels available for my wellness vacation?
The wellness bag with bathrobe and bath towel is available free of charge for the duration of your stay. Sauna towels can be found directly in the sauna area. High-quality slippers are available in our hotel shop, or you can bring your own.
